Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Information 

Free AusPost shipping for orders over $99, and we only ship orders in Australia.

Order placed before 5pm will be dispatched the next business day via Australia Post. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order is shipped, it will be delivered up to 7 working days depending on the state you live in.

During a promotional event, shipping may be delayed due to the high volume of orders. We will process order ASAP, however if there is a significant delay, we will contact you through email.

2. Australia Post Tracking Number

Once your order ships, we will send you an email including Australia Post tracking number individually. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking update. If your tracking has no update in 5 working days, please contact us at info@70mai.com.au, we are here to help.

3. Delivery Address

A correct and complete delivery address is essential. Otherwise your parcel may experience a delay or a lost which we are not responsible for due to the incorrect information provided by you (our customers).

We are unable to change the address once your package is already shipped out. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee.

4. Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is canceled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

5. Order Modification

We don't offer order emendation after the order has been placed . If you want to change the item(s) of your order, please contact us in time to cancel the original order and replace it with a new one.

6. Handling Time

The processing and handling time represents the duration it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment. During this phase, our dedicated team verifies your order, conducts quality checks, and ensures secure packaging before shipping.

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email to acknowledge the receipt of your order in our system. Please note that our processing and handling time typically ranges from 0 - 1 Day after the order placement, and payment is confirmed.

7. Transit Time
We primarily rely on trusted shipping carriers via Australia Post. The shipping time refers to the estimated duration required for your item to travel from our warehouse to your specified destination. They are shipping only available in Australia.
  • Normal Shipping - Free Shipping Australia-Wide. The delivery time is 3 - 6 business days, depending on weather conditions, and location.
  • Express Shipping - AU$8.00, Australia-wide. The delivery time is 2 - 3 business days, depending on weather conditions, and location.
  • Order cutoff time: 1 pm Sydney time, excludes national holidays.

8. Address Corrections
If you provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of your order placement to rectify the address. Beyond these 24 hours, we cannot guarantee address changes, as your order may have already been processed and prepared for shipment. Please reach out to us at info@70mai.com.au promptly if you require an address correction.
